Can you give me an exact time for the service appointment?
Because we strive to provide complete and personalized service to each client, it's difficult to give an exact time. However, we do provide a two-hour window of time during which our plumbers will arrive.
Can you tell me how long the job will take?
We can give you an estimate for the completion of plumbing services based on the information you provide to us. Once we're on site, we'll let you know if the job will take longer than our initial estimate.
How carefully do you screen your employees? How do I know they're qualified and professional?
We do background checks on all of our technicians. and we require the highest degree of professionalism from all of our employees. Our technicians wear a standard uniform so you can easily identify them. A Plus Plumber has been in business for 12 years, and we hire only experienced technicians who are able to handle all aspects of residential and commercial plumbing.
How much will this plumbing job cost me?
A Plus Plumber is known for providing reasonable prices that won't drain your wallet. While we can give you a ballpark estimate, an accurate quote requires us to analyze your problem in person to determine the most appropriate plumbing service you would need. We will give you an estimate before we begin any repair work.
Can you provide preventative maintenance
service and advice?
Absolutely. We will be happy to recommend a schedule for preventative maintenance and to let you know what steps you can take to safeguard your plumbing fixtures. We will also give you a free home plumbing inspection at the time of any paid service call.
